I beleive that When i went in to the restaurant i was treated very poorly and then the two owners were haveing a very loud argument. i would never bring my family in there again. there is lots of swearing in the atmosephere and is not a good place for familys to go to.

My wife and I found Tops to be excellent . I had the Prime Rib Special and must
say it was done to perfection. The waitress made us feel like we were eating at home. It was well worth the drive.

My wife and I have been 'perennial' customers at Tops over the years. The food and atmosphere is NOT fancy. But it is good food, and decent service. They are open 24/7, which is a good thing. They aren't really exotic in any way, foodwise, but they do have a good selection to choose from.

My wife likes their coffee.

The only knock I might have against them is that they have raised their prices quite a bit recently, so what used to be a 10 dollar entree is now more like a 15 dollar entree. But I suppose that with property taxes and such things, it's probably unavoidable. But it's worth dropping in sometime, if you're looking to try something new.

Unbelieveable double burgers!!
Our party was 10 people(at 300a.m.)and the place was jammed with night-owls, yet we were cheerfully guided to our table within seconds. The food was hot, fresh and sooooo quick! Excellent lamb too. We were impressed by the fact that every item on their menu was available. The atmosphere's comfy. The waitress was attentive, quick and hilarious, this was the best service we've ever had. This girl placed our entire order by memory, as nothing was written down! Top's was an unexpected treat & we'll definately try it out again.
