Best authentic Japanese restaurant in Vancouver.
As a Japanese, I appreciate their attention to quality of food and how it is prepared properly. May not be the case for non-Japanese people, who usually prefer portion and speed over quality. (good Japanese food takes time even if it seems simple)
New owners/renovated since 2007.

What a find, from humble surroundings comes great food at a great price.
Nothing fancy here but excellent fresh food at very reasonable prices.
