This is the WORST PUB EVER and I'll be sure to spread the word. I called on Thursday night specifically asking if they'll be showing the gold medal hockey game today and if they take reservation. The girl who answered the phone said she would have to check with the manager. I heard her asking and I heard his reply. They said yes so I made a reservation for 8 people at noon. The girl took down my name and phone number. If my friend had not called earlier today to see if it was possible to squeeze in another 2 people, I would not have known that my reservation was NOT made. I tried to call to see what was going on only to be told to speak to the manager. Got transferred to the manager and he did not pick up. I called a second time and the guy from the beer and wine section said he'd transfer me and also go and get the manager to answer the phone. Guess what? He hung up on me. I called a 3rd time and the beer and wine guy confirmed that the manager was too busy and hung up on me. And this is how you run a business? You didn't even have the courtesy to call me the day before to let me know that you guys are not taking reservations afterall?
