Good for when you have the time to plan out your meals the day before since you have to order one day in advance. Food keeps in the fridge for a few days though, so not a big problem with me.

The food does require cooking though. Most of them took under 10 minutes of time. However, I did get a few meals that took 15 minutes in the kitchen, which is just too much for poor time-starved me.

Overall, highly recommend it for someone with not too much time but who want to eat some food that's fast but healthy.
